    BEHAVIOR INFORMATION

Dream Dog Adventures Pack Walk Waver

I have read, understand, and agree to the following:

I am aware that there are inherent risks and hazards involved in activities with and around dogs, and I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of potential dangers. I understand that while it is highly recommended for pets to receive necessary vaccinations and/or titer antibody tests, when dealing with the public my dog may come into contact with dogs who have not received such vaccinations and/or titers. I understand that by attending these events I will take 100% responsibility for my dog's behavior and will not hold Lisa Coleman, Dream Dog Adventures in Training, and/or any of its representatives responsible for any harm my dog does to any person or dog. I hereby assume all risk of personal injury to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, as well as my dog, while I am attending any and all pack walks sponsored by Lisa Coleman, Dream Dog Adventures in Training, and/or any of its representatives.

I have also read, understand, and agree to the following rules for the pack walks:

    1.  All dogs must be on leash with a max length of 6' - absolutely NO Flexi/retractable leashes are permitted (no exceptions)

    2.  Only one dog per handler. If you'd like to bring a second dog, he or she must have a handler other than yourself.

    3.  Family members are welcome, however an adult or guardian (18 or over) must have control of the leash at all times.

    4.  The walk is not "playtime" for dogs, no matter how well they may seem to get along. There may be dogs on the walk who aren't as   friendly, so we need to be cautious. If your dog seems to get along well with another, feel free to walk together as we progress, but please do not allow playing and leash tangling.

    5.  There is no "nose to nose" greeting amongst dogs, especially with dogs your dog may have never met. Nose to nose greeting is actually one of the worst ways to introduce dogs, while taking a walk is the most beneficial way.

    6.  If you find me giving instruction, please stop and listen, and follow those instructions... it's for everyone's safety.

    7.  Please clean up after your pet... nobody likes to step in poop.

    8.   agree to allow Lisa Coleman, Dream Dog Adventures in Training,, and any of its representatives to use photos of me, my dog, and anyone accompanying me on the pack walk in both print and digital media.
